The Salvation Army's Ray & Joan Kroc Center Hawaii sits on the Ewa Beach plains of Oahu, where the sun is constant and bright. This makes it the perfect candidate for a solar PV system.

The Center also retrofitted their lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, both inside and outside the facility. With help from RHA Energy Partners, the Center will save over $4 million over the next 20 years.

Kevin Chock of RHA Energy Partners smiles as he reflects on this project, “It was very rewarding. After this project, they could focus their time, energy and money to their core mission which is community service.”
