Kimi Kawasaki

Born and raised on Oahu, Kimi Kawasaki has witnessed the changes to her island home over time. Concerned for her future, she joined Blue Planet Foundation's Climate Crew, an educational program designed to teach high school students the latest climate science and data-driven advocacy tools. Now a botany student at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, Kimi continues to use her voice to work to create positive change in her community.
